For Novice Stick-makers - with free entry for all this year

Classes

Class 1.      Horn, plain or fancy over 42” (excluding antler)

Class 2.      Antler, plain or fancy over 42” (not a thumb-stick)

Class 3.      Plain wood over 42” One or two piece

Class 4.      Fancy wood over 42” One or two piece

Class 5.      Thumb-stick (any type of handle)

Class 6.      Plain stick under 42”  ( any type of handle)

Class 7.      Fancy stick under 42” (any type of handle)

Class 8.      Twisty stick any length and any type of handle

Class 9.      One piece Stick (any length)

Class 10.    Novelty stick ( any type handle & length)

All sticks to be registered between 13.00hrs and 14.00hrs.

Entry is free; bring as many sticks as you want; the more the better.

 If it is deemed there are insufficient sticks in any one class to make a fair competition, the sticks will be transferred into another class.

Spacers are permitted in all classes.
End caps are allowed on all thumb-stick and antler classes.
Any type of Ferrule may be fitted.
Fancy sticks may be painted or stained.

Novice stick-makers;
Anyone who does not regularly enter and/or win at stick shows run by The British Stick-makers Guild.

The Judge Mr Rex Leeson, his decision is final.
